The following terms of use (hereinafter “Terms of Use”) determine the terms for your use of Pierre Fabre Médicament’s Operational Marketing Extranet. Subject of the site
This Extranet site is available for consultation at the following address “www.ompfm.com” (hereinafter the “Site”). The Site was created so as to provide PFM’s business development, marketing and medical affairs departments, (hereinafter “User(s)”), with professional data such as products’ information, news and events from PFM’s Marketing Service, etc...
The Site constitutes in no way a contractual offer.
Registration
User wishing to access the Site and use its functionality has to log into the Site with the login and password it has been assigned to him / her. This password must be stored safely and shall not be divulged or shared with third parties.
Therefore, any connection or transmission of data carried with the password of a User shall be deemed to have been made by the latter. User is the sole responsible for the use made of his/her password. PFM shall in no case be liable for loss or misuse of this password.
In case of loss, theft or misuse, the User must notify promptly PFM.
Guarantee
PFM commits itself to making sure that the Site content complies with current legal requirements. It notably guarantees that Site data violates in no way the rights of a third party, shows no evidence of violence or pornography, is slanderous, illicit, racist, xenophobic, pedophile or in any other way prejudicial to human dignity.
PFM cannot however guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information found on this Site.
Liability
PFM cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from, either directly or indirectly, consultation and/or the use of this Site or use of information available on it, direct or indirect damage resulting from use of this Site, such as operating, financial or commercial loss or program or data destruction through any computer system, even if PFM has previously been informed on the possibility of such damage.

Intellectual property rights
All pictures, texts available on the Site, names of products or mentioned brands are the exclusive property of PFM or its subsidiaries.

Any use, other than that mentioned above, is forbidden without preliminary and written consent from PFM.
Protection on nominal data
No personal datum is collected without your knowledge. PFM sometimes collect anonymous information, such as searches made. Such information is used for statistical purposes only.
However, you may be asked to provide nominal data. These cannot be transmitted to a third party without your prior consent.
According to the Computer and Freedom law dating of January 6th, 1978, you have the right to access, modify, rectify or delete any personal data by simply contacting the Site’s publisher.

Applicable law and competent court
This Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute that may arise relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms of Use that cannot be settled amicably shall be within the jurisdiction of Nanterre (Haut de Seine).
